Pathways Schools: Sharing Successes and Planning Next Steps

Pathways Schools are working with the Highlander Institute team to implement the Pathways to Personalization framework for school change — a linear process customized to support whole-school adoption of a local personalized learning vision. This session will convene school and classroom leaders from Pathways Schools — as well as individuals interested in learning more about the Pathways framework —  to explore the unique contexts of Pathways implementation across the country. During the session, participants will share successes, discuss challenges, and reflect and plan with their school teams.
