Personalizing Proficiency: Multiple Ways to Demonstrate Learning

Saturday, April 4th, 2:40pm - 3:55pm - Session III

Tired of ending units of study with tests or essays but unsure of other options? In this session, attendees will explore a few digital tools that empower students to create, collaborate, and think critically as they demonstrate their learning. Participants will review student work examples and aligned assessment rubrics. Next, they’ll discuss how students leveraged different resources to build their products and determine whether or not students have shown mastery. Attendees will leave with resources connected to new tools, as well as a foundation in building student-friendly rubrics.
